SAP Security Consultant

About the Role:

We’re looking for an SAP Security Consultant with deep expertise in Fiori role design and administration. This role is critical to ensuring secure access across SAP platforms including ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori, with additional responsibilities supporting GRC Access Control, Firefighter, ARA/RAR, and SOD analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with catalog, pages, and spaces creation, as well as troubleshooting Fiori tile errors. You’ll contribute to full lifecycle SAP Security implementations from planning and design through go-live and hypercare and collaborate across teams to maintain secure, scalable access structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform role creation and maintenance for SAP Fiori and S/4HANA
• Design and manage Fiori catalogs, pages, and spaces
• Troubleshoot Fiori tile errors and resolve access-related issues
• Support GRC Access Control modules including Firefighter, ARA/RAR, and SOD analysis
• Manage user and authorization assignments across SAP and integrated systems
• Interpret ABAP code to identify authorization requirements
• Support full lifecycle SAP Security implementations including preparation, go-live, and hypercare
• Maintain and optimize SAP Security tables, programs, and configuration
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure access provisioning
• Contribute to automation efforts including scripting for user provisioning
• Provide support across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, BI/BOBJ, and GRC environments
• Stay current with emerging SAP technologies and security best practice

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of SAP Security Administration experience across ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori
• Strong experience with Fiori role design and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of GRC Access Control, Firefighter, ARA/RAR, and SOD analysis
• Experience with BW, BI/BOBJ, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Familiarity with BRF+ and MSMP workflow configuration
• Ability to interpret ABAP code for security analysis
• Extensive knowledge of SAP Security tables and programs
• Experience with scripting and automation for user provisioning
• Proven ability to support SAP Security implementations from planning to operations
• This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Greenfield S/4HANA implementations
