Role: Senior Appian Developer role onsite at Raritan, NJ - Full-time

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of Appian BPM experience
- Current L2 Appian certified
- Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefits.
- Experience of working on Agile projects.
- Knowledge of the Design Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer views.
- Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.
- Knowledge of Tempo Interface.
- Develop and implement the Appian and web-based applications
- Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required
- Works with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse
- Building critical Appian based application as well as associated integration components
- Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other interfaces/products
- Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements
- Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models
- Proven track of working closely with key business users
- Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.
- Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment
- Experience and understanding of business process flows
- Expert in analysing and documenting business processes
- Expert in writing business requirements
- Expert in writing functional requirements
- Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models
- Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders

Roles & Responsibilities
- 2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
- 3. Should have hands-on experience in design and development in Appian BPM, including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
- 4. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT, etc.
- Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certified
- Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers
- Should have done multiple integrations with external systems
- Ability to scope Appian Projects

- Appian Certifications, if any.
- Should have handled teams of size 5-7 and should be able to mentor the team.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSS\WebSphere\WebLogic etc.
