Job Description
You will be an Executive Assistant to two Sr Directors. Daily activities will include challenging calendar management, coordinate meetings and video/conference calls while actively utilizing your keen problem-solving abilities as challenges arise. Scheduling both domestic and international travel and arranging for the team off-sites and events will be a regular task. Support will include coordinating cross-functional meetings across various locations/time zones, ensuring great communication and collaboration. You will also support team events throughout the year, bringing creativity and attention to detail to team needs and activities.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will have 8 plus years of Executive Assistant experience supporting Vice President or Sr Director level.
  • Ability and experience with calendar management, complex travel arrangements, expense reports, and facilities requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Extensive calendar management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in products including, Calendar, Numbers and Keynote
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and tact when interacting with senior executives and team members.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident, well-informed decisions.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, including prioritizing meetings, video calls, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
  • Ability to notice trends and anticipate needs and changes and react accordingly with a calm demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally and with other executive assistants
  • Possess a "can-do attitude - no task is too big or too small.
  • Ability to handle conflict appropriately and know when to escalate issues and when to apply common sense.
