Skills
This role requires proficiency in AI, strong program management experience, and skills in managing electronic knowledge repositories, intranets, collaborative tools, and taxonomy.
Demonstrate proven project management skills adaptable to changing conditions. Recommend on the design, implementation, and enhancement of core KM approaches to support critical knowledge flow within and across the business and knowledge domains.
Experience leveraging ML and/or AI technologies for knowledge creation and gap analysis, as well as a strong understanding of content management and content strategy principles, is preferred.
Strong experience as project or program manager of large and complex projects or programs.
Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Ability to think strategically, to proactively understand stakeholder needs, and to provide solutions to overcome obstacles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations

Project Overview
As a Project Manager for Knowledge Management (KM), you will lead implementation of core KM activities to include leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities used to support critical knowledge flow within and across the business and knowledge domains. Improve KM practices, align them with strategic goals, and develop programs and technology solutions to retain and utilize critical knowledge. You will work with business leaders (Strategic Operations) to identify opportunities and address gaps in knowledge flow related to critical Asset Management knowledge required to meet the ISO Standards.

Job Functions & Responsibilities
Work with BU to map relevant Asset Management knowledge to the applicable Knowledge Management Programs that exists to ensure alignment with ISO 55001 7.7 requirement.
Identify curated content collections of internal knowledge around key issues, frequently requested or strategic content areas, to identify gaps/needs.
Assist in the development of recommendations for KM programs on the IT environment and business requirements, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to creating and maintaining taxonomies and controlled vocabularies.
Monitor progress to ensure that the milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.
Manage the risks and issues that arise during the program cycle as well as take measures to correct them.

Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 7.5 hour work day with .5 hour unpaid lunch Paid for time worked only; there are no paid holidays, vacation, or sick days Overtime is not permitted unless authorized in advanced. Contingent Worker is required to badge in and out of the turnstiles located in the lobby for all daily entrances and exits.

Engagement Requirements
Candidates are REQUIRED to be local to the Tri-State area and in W2 tax status as an hourly paid employee of Service Provider. Fully remote positions are prohibited. Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 3 days on-site depending on assignment and can be fully on-site depending on business needs. Remote work privileges can be revoked at any time. Client does not provide laptops. Instead, Client provides desktops and dedicated workstations which candidates will remote into from their personal equipment on virtual days. If candidate does not have proper equipment, internet connection, or he/she is deemed to not work effectively from home, the hybrid privilege will be revoked.
