Job Description:
  • AMS Delivery Leadership: Oversee SAP Finance AMS operations, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality service.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Lead resolution of critical finance-related issues (P1/P2), perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Change & Release Management: Approve and manage configuration changes, enhancements, and deployments.
  • Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and other systems like Mulesoft / STIBO for end-to-end process continuity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the finance lead for client interactions, escalations, and service reviews.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in finance processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOX, audit, and retail-specific financial regulations.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation, functional specs, and knowledge base for finance processes.
