Job Title: Oracle Technical Integration Consultant Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Oracle Technical Integration Consultants to support onsite integration initiatives in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle technologies and system integrations, working closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle applications and third-party systems.
- Work extensively with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST/SOAP web services, and APIs.
- Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle technologies.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Perform data mappings, transformations, and error handling for complex integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT.
- Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications, and deployment guides.
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Oracle technical integrations and middleware.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Oracle SOA Suite.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, APIs, XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON.
- Experience integrating Oracle ERP (EBS / Fusion / Cloud ERP) with external systems.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications integrations.
- Knowledge of BIP reports, FBDI, ADF, or OTBI is a plus.
- Prior experience in large enterprise or utility/energy environments.
- Oracle certifications are a plus.
