Job Details

Responsibilities

+ As a Transportation Practice Leader / Project Manager, you will:
+ Develop, maintain, and manage a portfolio of transportation clients
+ Manage transportation projects, including negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets, and directing project teams
+ Lead business development efforts such as proposal writing, attending industry events, and strengthening client relationships
+ Build and retain a high-performing transportation team to support growth initiatives
+ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, and project team members
+ Collaborate with internal project managers and engineers to ensure successful project completion
+ Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (U.S.-accredited university)
+ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in WisDOT and local government transportation engineering
+ At least 2 years of project management and business development experience
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin required
+ Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
+ Applicable U.S.-based work experience
