Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across various industries
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate automation and machinery solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and support installations.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical input during the quoting and proposal process.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product lines and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automation industry, ideally in a sales, technical support, or engineering capacity.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, robotics, conveyor systems, packaging equipment, and/or labeling machines.
