Key Result Areas and Activities:

  • You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding key client relationships, generating new business & driving growth from an existing base of clients. Your role will involve both identifying new business opportunities and cultivating growth within our existing client portfolio.
  • Drawing from your robust expertise in data, analytics, and AI, you'll serve as a trusted consultant, guiding senior clients stakeholders (VP/ CXO/ Director) to maximize the benefits of their data and analytics endeavors.
  • You will deeply understand the unique challenges faced by our clients, aligning them with functional and corporate objectives, and proposing tailored solutions that address these needs.
  • Develop relationship with existing/ new technology vendors within accounts for mutually beneficial GTM
  • In collaboration with our cross-functional teams, you will craft and implement strategies that prioritize client satisfaction and foster relationship growth.
  • Navigating intricate sales cycles will be second nature to you, from initiating connections to finalizing deals. Your ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders ensures that necessary support is always at hand, facilitating seamless sales progression.
  • Your exceptional presentation prowess will be instrumental in conveying the distinct advantages of offerings to top-tier executives.
  • Finally, using your adept sales skills, you'll uncover and evaluate sales prospects, managing multiple potential deals concurrently, ensuring a consistently active pipeline.

Essential Skills:

  • You have at least 10 years experience working closely with clients to further the success of their data & analytics goals.
  • You have an experience of managing 8-10 Million portfolio (with large and small accounts ranging from 1 10M) and track record of growing in new lines of business
  • You have a strong sense of urgency and desire to be part of a winning team which comes out in everything you do.
  • You have a mix of business curiosity & technical ability which you leverage to truly address customer data challenges, earn trust & establish ourselves as the preferred Data & AI solutions partner.
  • You genuinely believe in our mission to close the gap between the worlds of business and analytics.
  • You have exceptional written & oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • You have a collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
