Job Title: Oracle HCM and Payroll Consultant

Location: Dearborn, MI - Onsite

Employment Type: W2 Contract Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM and Payroll Consultant to design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion) solutions with a focus on Payroll, Core HR, and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, configurations, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.

Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits to meet business requirements.

Manage Payroll processing, validations, costing, and reporting in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Support system upgrades, data migration, and integration activities with external systems (Finance, Time & Labor, etc.).

Configure Element entries, Balance feeds, Payroll definitions, and Payment methods.

Create BI Publisher and OTBI reports for Payroll and HCM analytics.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in: Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, and Fast Formula development.

In-depth understanding of Payroll architecture, Element configuration, Costing, and Balance setups.

Experience in Core HR, Absence Management, and Benefits modules.

Proficiency in Payroll processing, RetroPay, Reconciliation, and Audit.

Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loader.

Strong understanding of security roles, approvals (AME/BPM), and workflows in Oracle HCM.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.
