Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Services Analyst to support and optimize enterprise retail applications including Oracle Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS), Oracle Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS), Oracle Sales Audit Cloud Service (SACS), Oracle Pricing Cloud Service (PCS), and Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing expert analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, and consultation across multiple Oracle retail systems, while supporting integrations with ERP Cloud and legacy POS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with PLCB support resources.
- Provide expert consultation on system architecture and cross-application interactions.
- Make informed recommendations on application setup and configuration changes as needed.
- Interpret business requirements into out-of-the-box MFCS and PCS configurations and processes.
- Offer strategic recommendations for implementation approaches and integration designs.
- Support the integration of Oracle Pricing Cloud Service (PCS) with MFCS and ERP Cloud (RFI processes).
- Consult on and support testing for Oracle s monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patch cycles.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including:
- Security role definitions and setups (MFCS, PCS)
- Application configuration changes
- Integration specifications and interface documentation
- Provide guidance on interface modifications for:
- Oracle Point of Service (POS) version 14.0.1 (on-prem)
- Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS)
- Oracle Cloud Retail Demand Forecasting (RDFCS)
- Consult on processes related to bulk pricing data loads to SIOCS.
- Work with Oracle APIs, web services, and the Message Processing System within SIOCS.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data in SIOCS APEX.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Retail applications or 5 years with on-prem Oracle Retail systems.
- Strong experience with the following Oracle Retail Cloud Services:
- Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS)
- Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS)
- Sales Audit Cloud Service (SACS)
- Pricing Cloud Service (PCS)
- Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cloud-based integration strategies and interface support
- Oracle Retail APIs and web services
- Oracle Message Processing System
- SQL querying, specifically in SIOCS APEX environment
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Retail data models, architecture, and business process flows.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements and deliver out-of-the-box solutions when applicable.
- Experience updating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
- Understanding of POS integration and related systems such as ERP Cloud and RDFCS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Oracle Retail Cloud certifications.
- Experience supporting public sector or regulatory environments (e.g., PLCB or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud integration best practices.
