Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months experience eliciting and analyzing business needs and converting them into validated functional/non-functional requirements
- 84 months experience developing software documentation including BRDs, use cases, flow diagrams, mockups, and interface specifications
- 84 months experience facilitating requirement workshops such as JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs
- 84 months experience managing requirements lifecycle with traceability, baselines, and change control
- 84 months experience creating test plans, test cases, and supporting User Acceptance Testing
- Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, IT, health science, criminal justice, public/business admin, or a related field
- CBAP certification from IIBA
