Job Title: Salesforce CRM Analytics Lead
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6 Months


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics Lead to drive the development and delivery of analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM). The ideal candidate will have led at least three end-to-end Salesforce CRM Analytics implementations and possess strong technical and stakeholder management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

CRM Analytics Development

  • Design, build, and maintain custom analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
  • Create interactive dashboards, datasets, and reports to support organizational KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in analytics reporting.

Data Integration

  • Integrate data from Salesforce and third-party platforms (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
  • Develop and manage data pipelines with tools such as Salesforce Dataflows, SOQL, SQL, MuleSoft, or other ETL technologies.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain robust data infrastructure.

Business Intelligence

  • Conduct detailed data analysis to generate actionable insights.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to define reporting needs and analytical goals.
  • Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to improve CRM outcomes.

Automation & Optimization

  • Automate data processes using Process Builder, Apex, Flow, and other Salesforce tools.
  • Continuously optimize dashboards and reports for performance and usability.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to understand and support their data needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM Analytics across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ end-to-end Salesforce CRM Analytics implementations in a lead role.
  • Deep understanding of CRMA Architecture and its limitations.
  • Strong proficiency in SOQL, Apex, Salesforce Lightning, and data modeling.
  • Experience in SQL and integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar ETL platforms.
  • Skilled in creating complex dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce Analytics or tools like Tableau/Power BI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Certifications (At least one required):

  • Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
