Integration Support Lead

Location: Culver City / Los Angeles, CA
Onsite 4 Days Per Week (No Remote Option)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Support Lead with strong expertise in webMethods, AWS, Control-M, API Gateway, and middleware support to oversee integration operations across enterprise systems. This role requires hands-on support, troubleshooting, coordination with business/application teams, and ownership of daily production operations.

This is an onsite leadership role responsible for driving issue resolution, interface deployments, SLA adherence, and technical guidance to onsite/offshore support teams.

Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of experience with webMethods Integration Technologies
Available to work onsite in Culver City, CA (4 days/week)
Strong experience supporting Integration Platforms, APIs, Control-M jobs, and AWS services
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and coordination abilities

Key Technical Skills

• 8 10 years experience with webMethods Integration Server, UM, Broker, BPMS, MWS

• Experience with API Gateway, MFT, DSP pages, certificates, and Unix environments

• Hands-on with REST/SOAP web services, SSL, PGP, SSH, X509 certificates

• Deployment support (packages, ACL updates, config, hotfixes)

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Control-M, including workflow setups

• Create/update schedules, policies, and agent upgrades

• Experience with PagerDuty configurations and incident response

• Experience with API onboarding, routing policies, throttling & integration

• Understanding of Terraform, EC2, AWS Fargate, Elasticsearch

• Working experience with AWS core services (EC2, Fargate, Logging, Storage)

• Understanding of ETL pipelines, order-to-cash processing, EDI concepts

Core Responsibilities

• Provide Level-2/Level-3 application and interface support

• Troubleshoot webMethods flow services, BPMS models, SSL failures, and performance issues

• Administer webMethods environments, deployments, hotfixes, and server restarts

• Monitor and support Control-M workloads; resolve batch failures in real time

• Configure new MFT relationships, adapters, and participants

• Ensure strong compliance including SOX, audit readiness, and operational documentation

• Coordinate across business, infrastructure, and offshore teams for seamless handoff

• Support DR/HA testing, RCA documentation, and service recovery activities

• Ensure SLAs, operational metrics, and support governance requirements are met

Required Background

• 8 12 years in Middleware / Integration Support roles

• Demonstrated experience in Production Support, ITIL practices, RCA preparation, and interface monitoring

• Strong debugging skills with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, SQL, Oracle DB

• Experience supporting enterprise integration and API-first environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

• Ability to lead cross-functional support and offshore coordination

• Experience working in regulated environments (SOX, audit frameworks)
