They're seeking a Security Engineer (Red Team) to join their Vehicle Software division. This role focuses on offensive security, penetration testing, and adversarial simulation to proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities across a broad range of connected products-including autonomous vehicles, robotics, and energy systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in red teaming, penetration testing, or offensive security operations
- Hands-on experience with code auditing and vulnerability discovery in languages such as C, C++, PHP, or Go
- Familiarity with exploitation techniques (e.g., XSS, SQLi, CSRF, memory corruption)
- Experience with secure architecture design and reverse engineering (x86, ARM, CAN)
- Comfort working across various domains: web apps, networks, embedded systems, wireless protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience simulating insider threats and external attacks in a red team environment
- Proficiency with phishing, social engineering, and physical access attack simulations
- Ability to develop custom tooling and automated security checks
- Background in cryptography or vulnerability research is a strong plus
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
- Red Team Operations (Adversarial Emulation, Pen Testing)
- Source Code Auditing & Security Research
- Tooling, Automation, and Reporting
- Conduct internal and external threat simulations across networks, apps, and vehicle software
- Execute proactive red team assessments and report on vulnerabilities
- Perform security reviews of third-party tools and integrations
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement security best practices
- Contribute to security tooling, dashboards, and internal frameworks

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $300,000
- Additional Compensation: Stock awards + cash bonus + comprehensive benefits
