Credence has an immediate need for an IT Manager expected to start Late Summer 2025.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to lead and support our information technology operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and leadership, with specific experience in Air Force or Department of Defense (DoD) environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining secure and efficient IT systems.

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure compliance with Air Force or DoD governance, policies, and cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and security.
- Respond to and resolve IT incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Secret Security Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent IT professional certification.
- Minimum of 6 years of IT experience, including:
- At least 1 year of IT management or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Air Force or DoD enterprise infrastructure, governance, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with RMF (Risk Management Framework), NIST standards, and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
