Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly polished, customer-focused IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and confident interacting directly with internal customers while resolving a wide range of technical issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide in-person and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, and Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad)
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and general user access issues
Respond to and resolve assigned support tickets in a timely, professional manner
Assist users with Active Directory account issues (password resets, access provisioning, etc.)
Deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities while maintaining composure and effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 support and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user administration, group policies, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Apple hardware and software support (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with end users in a professional, approachable manner
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain attention to detail under pressure
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with frequent interaction
