Role Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: NC- Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM processes and best practices.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Design and develop workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders.
  • Develop and customize Oracle HCM reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Perform system testing, support UAT, and resolve issues.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve user issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM updates and new features and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll (US), Absence Management, ORC, OTL & Benefits.
  • Manage security profiles and approval workflows.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain documentation.
  • Provide post-go-live support, training, and knowledge transfer to end users

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a Techno-Functional role for HCM applications
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Payroll and Benefits.
  • Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
  • In-depth understanding of HR business processes, including time tracking, recruiting, and core HR operations.
  • Familiarity with Core HR, Time & Labor and absence modules is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in relevant modules are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
