Job Details
Role: Tier 1 Network Support Specialist
Location: Must be on-site at the call Center at 2198 Hornig Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19116
1-week assignment.
Tier 1 Support would provide handholding of call center agents connecting to the client network. New isolation protocol for the Client network that was implemented recently is creating some confusion for the call center agents reconnecting for the first (2nd?) time. Call center agents may need some hand-holding. Resources will have Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to operate from and SMEs from Client Team to support them. Resources need to be tech savvy but not hard-core tech engineers. Smart and good communicators.
Qualifications:
Assist and guide call center agents in connecting and reconnecting to the Client network, ensuring smooth operations.
Support agents in following the new network isolation protocol and help resolve any confusion during initial reconnects.
Operate using the provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and collaborate with SMEs for additional guidance.
Communicate effectively with agents, demonstrating technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
