Job Details

VDart is seeking an experienced Nuclear Asset Management (NAMS/Maximo/SAP) Systems Analyst to provide strategic focus and expertise in complex operational analyses while leading medium to large project teams. This role supports informed decision-making within the business unit by reviewing and approving findings for senior management, conducting statistical analyses, and coordinating initiatives across multiple business units. The position includes mentoring and coaching lower-level analysts, ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables.

Job Title: Nuclear Asset Management (NAMS/Maximo/SAP) Systems Analyst

Location: Juno Beach, FL
Duration: Long Term

Highly Preferred: Candidates with nuclear experience on Work Management systems, such as Maximo, SAP, or Asset Suite (NAMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct complex operational and functional analyses to support business decisions.
  • Review and approve analytical findings presented to senior management.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, business users, managers, clients, and vendors. Facilitate continuous communication and act as a liaison between users and developers.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and meetings to guide stakeholders through problem-solving, decision-making, and change management processes.
  • Conduct testing activities, including regression, end-to-end, unit, and integration testing. Capture test results and update JIRA tickets/stories.
  • Identify issues/bugs before release and report them in a timely manner. Collaborate directly with developers as needed.
  • Demonstrate keen interest in learning various IT Nuclear products and applications, including Nuclear Work Management Application suites and NAMS (Nuclear Asset Management System).
  • Candidates with nuclear experience on Work Management systems, such as Maximo, SAP, or Asset Suite (NAMS).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred; 10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong understanding of web applications, testing frameworks (QMetry), Agile/SCRUM processes, unit and integration testing, and Agile story estimation.
  • Experience with regression and end-to-end testing, documenting results, and updating JIRA tickets/stories.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior analysts effectively.
  • Willingness to learn Nuclear domain applications and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Nuclear IT systems or energy sector applications.
  • Prior experience leading business analysis initiatives in Agile environments.
