Interview Process: Candidates submitted must be willing to come onsite (Lansing, MI) for interviews. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of any MS Teams interview to validate candidate.
Remote or On-site: Accepting local candidates within 90 minutes of Lansing, MI ONLY. Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start and there is NO REMOTE ONLY option.

Description

  • The Programmer Analyst 6 position will work as contract resources for the State of Michigan - Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supporting the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The resource will act in a developer and analyst role for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Accounts Receivable and Collections (MDHHS ARC) Project. The resource will work in an agile environment to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements.

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces or Web APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements.
  • 3+ years of experience with developing code to allow users to upload documents from a website.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working in Sprint Development team.
  • 5+ years of experience working with GIT code repository software.
  • 5+ years of experience developing unit and regression tests.
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery + 3
  • Financial Domain

Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years of experience developing secure websites using industry best practices (such as preventing cross site scripting or SQL injection attacks and coding logging into software functionality).
  • 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database preferred.
  • Familiarity with Design patterns preferred.
  • Familiarity with SendGrid
  • Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • Familiarity with identity provider (IdP) integration using OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent for SDLC management.
  • 3+ years of experience working with React.js
