Hiring for Project Manager @ Chicago, IL for a W2 contract position
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AI, ecosystem, cloud-based services, and monetization projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to create detailed project plans using tools like Smartsheet and MS Project.
- Oversee schedules, conduct critical path analysis, and track progress to meet milestones.
- Present concise status updates to senior management.
- Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 7 9 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
- English fluency; Mandarin or Portuguese is a plus.
