SOC Manager (Highly Technical)

Job Description Looking for a chance to develop your management experience within Security Operations? This international manufacturing company is looking to bring on an International Security Operations Center Manager (SOC) into their growing cyber department. Their Cyber Security Department was recently introduced with a ton of opportunity and resources. While bringing on a variety of Cyber Security Architects and Senior PMs, this person will be responsible for building a new SOC.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a solid supported background within the SOC space. This person will need to be highly technical within Security Operations, Digital Forensics, and Incident Response. You must not only resolve, but manage the team of about 7 people, and on occasion, you may be acting as L3 IR. Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a Lead/Management role within Security Operations
• Heavy experience with Digital Forensics and Incident Response
• Vulnerability and Risk experience
• Capability to manage remotely

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 60% Management/Cross-functional/project work
• 40% Level 3 Incident Response
