Operational Excellence

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud and on-prem workloads.
  • Establish and enforce DevOps processes, operating standards, runbooks, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, security, engineering, and product teams.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in development pipelines and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving organizational change.
  • Expert-level experience with Azure cloud environments.
  • Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub / GitHub Actions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SRE frameworks (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
  • Experience working in hybrid cloud or complex legacy-to-cloud modernization environments.
  • Prior experience as a DevOps Lead, DevOps Manager, or Technical Lead.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and enterprise governance models.

Soft Skills & Leadership Traits

  • Strong ownership mindset; proactive problem-solver.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and uplift team capability.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable leading in fast-moving, matrixed environments.
