Summary:
Our team is responsible for creating and managing advertising campaigns within the retail media platform. This involves setting up campaigns, line items, and ad groups; integrating with external ad tech partners like Criteo; monitoring performance; and ensuring campaigns run smoothly.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.03 - $65.03 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Summary:

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our Retail Media Network team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing applications that support the creation, management, and optimization of retail media campaigns.
- You will work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences for advertisers and internal teams
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of JavaScript experience with multiple modern frameworks
- React, Redux, Node& JavaScript experience
- Experience on a team and interaction with people outside of developers
- Willingness to take initiative to learn about the project and company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with Redux for state management.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
