Job Description:

We are searching for a highly skilled Generative AI Research Engineer to join our team at Gen AI. As a Generative AI Research Engineer, you will be at the forefront of advancing our AI capabilities, focusing on technologies such as LangChain, Vector Search, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of generative AI techniques and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI research and development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development in the field of generative AI, with a specific focus on technologies like LangChain, Vector Search, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and implement novel algorithms and models to enable the generation of high-quality and contextually relevant content across various domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI technologies into our products and services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Explore and experiment with different generative AI architectures, techniques, and frameworks to identify the most effective approaches for our use cases.
• Develop and optimize vector search algorithms and systems for efficient retrieval and recommendation of generated content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research advancements in generative AI, natural language processing, and related fields, and apply relevant findings to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Document research findings, experimental results, and algorithms developed, and contribute to academic publications and patents.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the AI research team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong background in generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning, with 3+ years of experience in research or industry roles.
• Knowledge of LangChain, Vector Search, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with hands-on experience in these areas preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated track record of innovation and creativity in generative AI research, with a portfolio of projects or publications showcasing your contributions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
