Job Details



We are seeking a skilled and proactive NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of and optimize our NetSuite ERP platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure NetSuite is leveraged effectively across financial processes, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate combines a strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in ERP systems, and a strong drive to build and support scalable business solutions.




Responsibilities:




  • Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite




  • Manage configurations, workflows, custom fields, scripts, roles/permissions, and integrations




  • Collaborate across departments to gather business requirements and implement system enhancements




  • Ensure system integrity through regular audits, updates, and performance checks




  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize adoption and compliance




  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time business insights




  • Work with external consultants or developers as needed for complex configurations or customizations




  • Stay current with NetSuite updates and recommend relevant changes or improvements






Qualifications:




  • 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar ERP-focused role




  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, and Reporting




  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus




  • Proven track record of managing system improvements, integrations, and upgrades




  • Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills




  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders




  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred
