• Worksite Location: 100% Remote
• Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 annually

What you ll do as the Development Manager:

• Partner with Azure and Adobe Technical Leads to align development roadmaps and deliverables
• Oversee day-to-day development activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Manage and coordinate distributed, remote development teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Translate business goals into actionable development tasks in partnership with product owners and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding standards, DevOps, testing, and deployment
• Facilitate cross-team communication, removing blockers, and ensuring effective collaboration between portal, website, and backend system teams
• Provide regular status updates, metrics, and reports to leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor team members and support professional development within the engineering organization
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence

What you need to be a Development Manager:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a management or leadership role
• Proven experience managing development teams working on customer-facing digital platforms (portals, websites, or enterprise applications)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern development toolchains
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build, guide, and motivate teams
