We are seeking a qualified Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facility equipment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize PLC experience to aid in machine diagnosing.
- Employ troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve problems.
- Operate and maintain control systems.
- Apply advanced understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform MIG welding and utilize basic drawing skills for repair and installation.
- Operate shop equipment such as lathes, mills, drill press, and hydraulic press.
- Support equipment installation and maintenance.
- Conduct scheduled pre-maintenance tasks and rebuilds to ensure equipment functionality.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations, including lockout/tagout and high-lift/scissor-lift protocols.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management regarding system issues.
- Maintain punctuality and work overtime as needed, including weekends.
- Lift up to 50lbs as required.
- Experience with robotics is an advantage.
Essential Skills
- Strong PLC experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, particularly in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with control systems.
- Ability to perform MIG welding.
- Familiarity with shop equipment such as lathes and mills.
- Basic understanding of blueprints.
- Capability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Strong computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with robotics is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
