Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facility equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize PLC experience to aid in machine diagnosing.
  • Employ troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve problems.
  • Operate and maintain control systems.
  • Apply advanced understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform MIG welding and utilize basic drawing skills for repair and installation.
  • Operate shop equipment such as lathes, mills, drill press, and hydraulic press.
  • Support equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Conduct scheduled pre-maintenance tasks and rebuilds to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Adhere to all company safety regulations, including lockout/tagout and high-lift/scissor-lift protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and management regarding system issues.
  • Maintain punctuality and work overtime as needed, including weekends.
  • Lift up to 50lbs as required.
  • Experience with robotics is an advantage.

Essential Skills

  • Strong PLC experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, particularly in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with control systems.
  • Ability to perform MIG welding.
  • Familiarity with shop equipment such as lathes and mills.
  • Basic understanding of blueprints.
  • Capability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with robotics is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
