Responsibilities:
- Contribute to software engineering projects with a focus on low-to-moderate complexity deliverables.
- Analyze technical challenges and evaluate alternative solutions using sound judgment and research.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance engineering workflows.
- Develop a working knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI development or related technologies.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and tools.
