Job Details

Boston area manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Agiloft administrator specializing in rule configuration/development, QA testing, and Promotion of test code to production. This is an individual contributor role and takes direction from the Sr. Manager of Business Applications.

* 10 hours per week.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and fix Agiloft issues.
  • Coordinate with Agiloft to provide support to HP Hood.
  • Unit test changes and Manage Deployments to minimize risk and downtime.
  • Create or modify technical specifications to meet business requirements that adhere to best practices.
  • Assist Legal Department with enhancing Agiloft rules and configurations.
  • Create/Customize Reports/Dashboards as per requirements.
  • Management of Agiloft Security.
  • Address Helpdesk Tickets for Agiloft Related User Issues.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MANAGE AGILOFT PROJECTS, WITH ROUTINE GUIDANCE:
  • Administer Agiloft installation and users.
  • Enhance existing Agiloft Rules maintaining the integrity of the application.
  • Promote code from Agiloft test environment to the production environment.
  • Identify any issues and suggest/deploy solutions.
  • Work with Agiloft on periodic application upgrades.
  • Integrating Agiloft with other platforms (Sugar).
  • Strong attention to detail.


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Agiloft Administration Configuration/Supportrule configuration/development, QA testing and promotion of test code to production
  • Experience creating Agiloft rules and reports.
  • Prior Legal LDM experience and experience working with a legal department (big plus).


SKILLS:

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical design documentation.
  • High level of initiative, self-starter, flexible, proactive and team player.
  • Strong communication skills including facilitation, presentation, and documentation (written and spoken).
  • Must be able to resolve complex problems, effectively manage customer expectations, and execute to tight timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Previous legal experience highly preferred but not required.
