Job Details

  • Primary Responsibilities Development (80%)
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and other platform tools.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, backlog reminement, and daily stand-ups.
  • Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Ensure code and solutions follow ServiceNow standard processes, including upgrade and scalability considerations.
  • Collaborate with QA for testing and deployment in lower environments before production rollout.
  • Secondary Responsibilities Systems Analysis (20%)
  • Work with business partners to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend improvements or automation using ServiceNow.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable stories and technical specifications.
  • Assist in user training, documentation, and support for deployed features and enhancements.
  • Support release planning and coordination across teams as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development standard processes.
  • Experience with HRSD ServiceNow module is a bonus.
  • Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (preferred).
  • Familiarity with systems analysis, business process modeling, and requirements gathering.
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certifications.
  • Key Skills:

  • Good communication skills both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Agile/Scrum project methodology familiarity.
