TalentFish is casting a line for a Manager of Corporate Workforce Management UKG. This is a full-time remote position with our mission-critical healthcare client. In this role you will lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of UKG Pro WFM and corporate systems. The Manager is responsible for personnel, projects, and daily operations within their area, and ensures the support and evolution of the WFM applications while providing mentorship and strategic direction to the team.

This role requires technical knowledge and experience managing UKG Pro Workforce Management, Scheduling and Timekeeping (formerly UKG Dimensions) as well as leading/managing teams within a clinical healthcare environment such as a hospital or healthcare system.

What You Bring Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 7 8 years of experience leading corporate business system application deployments.
  • 8 10 years of experience leading UKG Dimensions application.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing a team with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High-level knowledge of UKG and Business Systems.
  • Strong foundation in basic computing skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and email platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise technology projects.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for system and operational improvements.
  • Broad understanding of IS functions and corporate business areas.

What You'll Do Skills Used in This Position

  • Direct collaboration with cross-functional leaders to align objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Contribute to platform strategy, functionality, and external partnerships.
  • Deliver business-enabling technology solutions while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure systems adhere to operational standards and support user experience improvements.
  • Maintain and report performance metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Develop system roadmaps and support lifecycle management strategies.
  • Engage in planning for application upgrades and stay current on related technologies.
  • Evaluate feasibility of system enhancements based on user requirements.
  • Allocate and coordinate resources for group initiatives.
  • Balance operational support tasks with project execution.
  • Monitor project portfolios and proactively manage risks and issues.
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers and provide excellent service.
  • Responsible for staff hiring, performance reviews, and compensation actions.
  • Participate in department's Incident Manager rotation.

Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $100K to $170K maximum per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for full comprehensive employee benefits such as medical healthcare plans, financial retirement benefits, and paid time off.
