Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for an IT Support Specialist in New York, NY.

Description:
These resources will support the ITS nondedicated team employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing and refreshing computer equipment. including desktops, laptops, docking station, phones, iPad & apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees.

Mandatory Qualification:
? Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
? Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.

? 36 Months experience with Windows, MacOS, IPadOS, Omnisssa Horizon
? 24 Months Customer service experience
? 24 Months Hardware experience (Desktops, Laptops, iPad, iPhone, Thin Clients, Printers, scanners)
? 12 Months Asset management experience
? 12 months ITSM experience
