What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 5-7 years of experience with Java (8+)
- Angular (any version)
- SQL and strong experience with relational databases like Sybase, SQL Server, or Postgres
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Familiarity with Cucumber or other testing frameworks
- Background in financial services environments
Responsibilities
- Modernize and enhance a trading application
- Design, build, and maintain Java-based backend solutions
- Build responsive front-end components using Angular
- Develop RESTful APIs and write clean unit-tested code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
- Apply SDLC best practices in every phase of delivery
- Contribute to database design and performance tuning
