Job Title: Provisioning architect
Work Location : Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)
Contract duration: 12+ months Contract

Job Description:

Lead integration between MVNO provisioning systems and MNO infrastructure for accurate, timely service activation. Proven experience in MVNO/MNO provisioning system design and integration.
Design and implement end-to-end provisioning workflows including SIM/eSIM activation, suspension, swap, and deactivation.
Expertise in cross-system integration, connecting internal customer provisioning systems with external MNO platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, with robust error handling and orchestration logic.
Expertise in SIM/eSIM lifecycle management, RSP technologies, and wireless network architecture (LTE, 5G). Familiarity with wholesale billing, rating, and mediation systems in telecom environments Implement Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) technologies: SM-DP+, SM-SR, SM-DS.
Integrate OSS/BSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker) with MVNEs and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Architect scalable, cloud-native solutions aligned with business and operational goals.
Manage subscriber lifecycle across HLR/HSS, UDM, billing systems, and MVNO platforms.
Support number portability, roaming provisioning, interconnect agreements, and wholesale billing/rating/mediation.
