Provide digital analytics implementation, reporting, and support for Equifax's D2C web and mobile app properties, primarily focusing on app. You'll drive data-driven decisions by building a robust data collection infrastructure and performing in-depth analysis to optimize digital strategies for growth and performance.

What you'll do
  • Lead Digital Analytics Tracking: Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics tracking solutions (tags, pixels, events) for web and mobile apps. Manage deployments efficiently using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Ensure Data Integrity & Governance: Establish and maintain robust data layers, proactively troubleshoot implementation issues, and partner with IT on technical deployments to guarantee high-quality and compliant data.
  • Optimize Marketing Measurement & Strategy: Analyze cross-platform campaign and user behavior data to inform marketing measurement, attribution, and optimization. Design and automate impactful reports and dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio, providing data-driven recommendations to refine digital strategy and maximize ROI.
  • Drive Digital Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across web and app to optimize conversions, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Enhance Customer Journeys: Map and analyze the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key opportunities to improve user experience and drive business growth.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor emerging digital analytics technologies and best practices, integrating new methodologies to enhance our capabilities.

What experience you need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, reporting, and implementation, focusing on mobile applications and D2C app-first brands.
  • Strong JavaScript proficiency is a must, including front-end development concepts, and writing clean, functional code for analytics.
  • Must have proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Firebase for mobile app analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, display, app installs, social media, email marketing) and their respective KPIs.
  • Exceptional analytical, technical problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools specific to both web and mobile apps (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, Firebase A/B Testing).

What could set you apart
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, COPPA) as they relate to digital and mobile data collection and consent management.
  • Experience with mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Branch).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing analytics support role.
  • Proficiency in BigQuery.
