Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst Oracle Fusion & CPQ

Location: Alpharetta, GA , Onsite
Experience Level: 8 10 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst with 8 10 years of experience and deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in Product Data Hub (PDH), Pricing, Quote to Cash, and Supply Chain processes. The ideal candidate will also have strong functional knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems and selling cycle processes from Lead to Opportunity Management to Quote and Order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Lead functional design and process mapping for Oracle Fusion PDH, Pricing, Q2C, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Support implementation and optimization of CPQ tools integrated with Oracle Fusion.
  • Analyze and improve selling cycle processes including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Quoting, and Order Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across systems.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support UAT, training, and change management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Oracle Fusion PDH
  • Oracle Fusion Pricing
  • Quote to Cash (Q2C)
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ)
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems integration.
  • Deep understanding of selling cycle processes: Lead Opportunity Quote Order.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Oracle Cloud or CPQ certifications.
    • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
    • Exposure to global rollout or multi-country implementations.

    Education:

    • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
