Business Analyst (On-site)

Required Skills and Experience

* A minimum of five years of Business Process Analysts and systems analysis is required.
* Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, required.
* Proficiency in writing SQL Queries and performing Data Analysis is required.
* Experience working with Microsoft DevOps is highly desired.
* Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code, is desired.
* Knowledge of data migration is required.
* Knowledge of change and release management is desired.
* Knowledge of testing and quality assurance tools and techniques is desired.
* Preference will be given to candidates with agile project experience and use of Azure DevOps to manage user requirements and backlogs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Business Analysis: Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling. Use of software tools is required and include, but are not limited to, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Visio.
* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is highly desired.
* System Analysis & Design: Ability to perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques.
* Facilitation: Ability to expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
* Technical Understanding: Excellent Technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques.
* Project Management: Knowledge of State of Florida Project Management Rule 60GG-1. Ability to apply principles and techniques in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
* Advanced skills with Microsoft products: SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, DevOPS, and Project.
* Ability to relate to stakeholders needs, document their requirements, and perform duties in the absence of staff.
* Ability to receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective work relationships with others.
* Ability to adjust to changing demands in a dynamic environment with diverse work assignments.

Education

* Bachelor s degree or master s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or other related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.

Work Hours

* Flexibility to work between 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM Monday through Friday with the potential for night and weekend work.
