Job Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions. Identify user needs and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Design Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs are aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions. Analyze test results and make data-driven design improvements.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies. Apply best practices in UI/UX design to enhance user experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
