Job Details
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies, with the ability to apply the appropriate framework based on project needs.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams across the full software development lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
- Proficiency in facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Expertise in creating and managing product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and burndown charts using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Ability to identify and remove team impediments, ensuring continuous delivery and team productivity.
- Experience in project planning, tracking progress, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders to ensure requirements are well-understood and delivered.
- Familiarity with Agile metrics and KPIs (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown, team capacity) to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of project documentation including status reports, risk logs, RAID logs, and change requests.
