Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Developer with a strong background in RPA development and production support. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in a production environment.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development and support
Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot components
UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and L2 production support
Familiarity with ServiceNow or JIRA
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath Apps
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to Blue Prism
Experience with automation performance monitoring and reporting
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices

Responsibilities:

Analyze business challenges and recommend automation solutions using UiPath
Provide Level 2 support for bots in production environments
Monitor, debug, and optimize UiPath workflows
Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with development and support teams for continuous improvement
