Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced ITOM & Observability Tools Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade monitoring and event management solutions. This role involves integrating and optimizing tools like ServiceNow (ITOM, CMDB, CSDM), Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and AlertSite to enable automation, service mapping, and intelligent event response. Along with the current skillset, the customer needs automation skillset (Python & Ansible).

Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Event Management, and CSDM

  • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AlertSite

  • Automation experience with Python & Ansible

  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices

  • 7+ years in ITOM architecture and observability solutions
