Application Solution Architect

Solution Architect/Application Architect for the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) account is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions to meet the unique needs of BFS customers. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, client relationship management, and strategic planning to drive innovation and enhance the technological capabilities of BFS accounts. Key Responsibilities:

4. Lead the design and implementation of technology projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgetary constraints, and regulatory requirements.
5. Oversee the delivery of technology solutions, monitoring progress and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.
3. Strategic Planning and Innovation.
5. Develop strategic roadmaps in collaboration with BFS clients, outlining the long-term vision for technology integration and digital transformation.
4. Risk Management and Compliance. Ensure that technology solutions adhere to regulatory standards and compliance requirements applicable to the BFS sector.
Qualifications:

Should have 15-18 years relevant technology and industry experience.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in a technical role within the BFS domain, with a deep understanding of banking processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects for BFS clients, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and business growth.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a dynamic business environment.
Must have experience in .Net/Java, API, Micro-services and Banking domain expertise.
