Job Details
One of our direct BioPharmaceutical client is looking to hire Sr L&D, Training Manager (Market Access Training Manager/ Reimbursement Training Manager, or Pharmaceutical/Biopharma Training Manager or Oncology Access Training Manager.
Long Term Role - 100% Remote.
MUST Have:
- Experience in building and delivering training for market access and reimbursement teams, within the Oncology therapeutic or Pharmaceutical/Biopharma area.
- Must have access and reimbursement or Oncology experience.
Responsibilities (The participant will):
- Collaborate with cross-functional Oncology Market Access Strategy teams, XBU Patient Support Teams and other Market Access Teams.
- Develop execution plan in partnership with CL+D and Oncology leadership.
- Orchestrate cross-functional input and drive collaborative relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Strategic mindset, strong leadership collaboration, and project management.
- Possesses organized and detail-oriented skills to leverage, apply new concepts as needed.
- Adept technology use and know-how to work efficiently and effectively.
- Strong communication (oral/written) & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working with others, ability to anticipate and adapt tactics for total alignment.
