We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Operations Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise fax systems, particularly RightFax and Biscom/Faxcom, to join our dynamic Production Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our fax infrastructure across multiple enterprise environments.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Operations Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise fax systems, particularly RightFax and Biscom/Faxcom, to join our dynamic Production Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our fax infrastructure across multiple enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, or equivalent through consulting, military, or education.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting RightFax and other fax systems in a Production Operations environment.
- Proven experience in:
- Application installation, upgrades, and patching
- Vulnerability management
- Incident and change management
- System migrations and integrations
Core Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Root cause analysis of complex technical issues
- Monitoring and observability of enterprise systems
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Willingness to work outside normal hours and participate in on-call rotations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RightFax Connect Hybrid (Highly Preferred)
- Familiarity with Faxcom/Biscom systems
- Proficiency in scripting languages: SQL, VBScript, PowerShell
- Strong understanding of:
- Windows Server, Telephony, SIP, T.38, SMTP, Active Directory
- M365, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with enterprise tools such as:
- ServiceNow
- Agile Kanban/Jira
- ThousandEyes and other observability platforms
