About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate HCC codes.
- Ensure compliance with CMS and Medicare Risk Adjustment coding standards.
- Collaborate with QA and audit teams to maintain coding quality.
- Stay updated with ICD-10-CM guidelines and payer requirements.
- s & experienced coders welcome.
- Active CPC, CCS, or CRC certification.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and medical terminology.
- Prior experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment / HCC coding (preferred, not mandatory).
- Exceptional attention to detail and coding accuracy.
