Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical leader for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing architecture decisions, best practices, and overall platform governance.
Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations within ServiceNow.
Lead implementations and enhancements across key ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, TSM, TNI, WSD, GRC).
Design and develop secure integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, MID servers, and integration hubs.
Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure all solutions meet security and compliance requirements, including audit trails, access control, and change management protocols.
