D4 / Delphi 4 / Pascal language syntax are very similar. Please check if you can find resources in either legacy technology.

Technical Expert/Developer:

Significant experience with the legacy system environment, and its database structure

Experience identifying opportunities to clean up, optimize, and improve the code

Experience in identifying internal and external dependencies

Experience in legacy technology code, and best practices

Technical lead:

Significant experience with the legacy system environment, and its database structure

Experience in Application development

Strong understanding of architecture concepts (e.g. client server)

Experience in identifying internal and external dependencies

Facilitate meeting with other technical teams
