Must be able to go Onsite for 5 Days/Week in Dallas, Texas

Must be able to go Onsite for the F2F Interview in Dallas, Texas

Job Description -

Position: Snowflake Data Engineer with Certification
Duration: 6 Months+
Location: Dallas, TX (Candidate MUST be on-site 4 days per week, 1 day remote per week) | Local candidate preferred, but representation is acceptable with a valid local address.
Client: OZK Bank
Visa: GC-EAD Only.
MOI: Available for on-site interview/live physically in Dallas.

Needed Active LinkedIn with Picture.
Candidate MUST HAVE Snowflake, dbt, Python, and prior migration experience from SQL
Banking/Financial Services experience is strongly preferred

Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
1. Lead the development and maintenance of data model-based solutions as specified by engineering standards.
2. Provide level of effort data development estimates while proactively managing and communicating scope or delivery changes.
3. Provide leadership and continual improvements to data model architectures and technical data delivery practices.
4. Develop data model structures, extract transform & load (ETL) services, reporting services, and enterprise data management strategies.
5. Provide hands-on technical knowledge and capabilities to create and maintain analytical and visual reporting solutions.
6. Plan and perform unit testing of data solutions to ensure developed product meets business requirements.
7. Coordinate with data testing team to ensure smooth and well-documented releases.
8. Proactively resolve bugs and data issues as identified by product management, project management, or governance functions.
9. Assess functional requirements in a timely and efficient manner to create and maintain data solutions which fit within data engineering architecture patterns and standards.
10. Actively engage in and learn the business processes of the supported lines of business.
11. Ensure development approach minimizes risks while following data development control processes.
12. Keep apprised of technological innovation and constantly improve through training while mentoring line of business or technology colleague data skills.
13. May lead and supervise other related positions.
14. Enthusiastically embrace, support, and model the Bank s values and mission.
15. Ensure compliance with internal/external regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.
